This app would be great if the Bluetooth worked correctly to swap info from one device to another. Also the accredited hours dont automatically add on to your overall total hours. Fix these two problems and I would give it 5 stars.

Needs to be updated. Also the menu does not respond well. Tried to update RV but would not save the info. Wish I could get a refund

Needs option to locate address via gps to enter RV information. Manually entered address and checked map, pin drop was placed opposite side of globe in middle of ocean. Three test RV with diff address and all needed up in same place as described. Fix this for better rating. Thanks

First RV address shows up perfectly the second one shows that I have an RV in the middle of the ocean whats up with that.

Have tested several field service apps and like this one best. Very professional looking and user friendly. Would like to be able to include territory, contacts and offering after tapping the proper date. Then would like to be able to view Territory & Contact entrys as a list or report. Thank you

I love the way it looks. I have not been able to change the numbers of books, tracks, magazines where the little pictures are. Is it just me? help please.

App format looks user-friendly but mapping and notetaking functions do not work. Very disappointed that I paid money for this app!

Here I am again reporting for the Fourth and Fifth time that my calls go to the Indian Ocean. So is this an IOS update by update problem that needs fixing every month? Please please get a permanent fix for this. Why do none of the others have this problem? Why are your other reviews from friends so positive, are they using another version? Brother, Ive used this app faithfully. But since the new update ( which I love ) any new address I set in a new Call does not Sync and sets in the Atlantic Ocean. - Also, how can I change the color of the Map pins from tennis ball green to blue? - Please fix this

The mapping feature takes too long to drop a pin for a new return visit (if it even does work... I have not had the patience to wait for it to finish.) I think everything else about it looks good. Its got a nice modern appearance and features. But if Im going to pay money for an app, the map feature should work better than my other field service app that I downloaded for free! Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Ive been using this app for a long time now for my ministry and it has been such a great help. But recently the mapping doesnt allow me to add new calls to the map which puts a damper on seeing if i have any calls nearby. Please fix soon. I dont want another app, this one is by far the best one for iOS. So simple to use and very efficient.

Where can I find help on how to email my service report? It looks easy enough, but nothing is happening... Otherwise I love this app, so far!

Developing Brothers/Sisters, Thank you for such a helpful app, PLEASE DONT GIVE UP ON IT! I have recently received an iPad, so I considered switching service apps, as I had been using it on my phone. I downloaded every one I could find and attempted to add my service hours to test them out. After everything, I keep coming back to iKnock, it is very user friendly in comparison. And there are features that other DONT have that I have really come to love, such as a feature to let you know if you have recorded a placement with a RV and forgotten to tally time for that day. It helps you not miss out on time you spend in the ministry. That said, please add a column for recording videos like our updated time slips! My kids are very excited that this can be counted now, and wed love a way to keep track of it. Please please please!

I previously gave this app 5 stars because I think its the best out there for its ease of use. I even convinced others to switch over to using this. However, Im highly disappointed that there is no communication regarding updating to the new reporting format. I can find nothing on the developers website. Even the free apps were quick about updating. Are we going to have switch apps to get the new reporting format? I think the courteous thing to do is at least communicate.
